-Taste of Japan- our new regional series that explores the prefectures throughout Japan.
As our 3rd series, we are featuring a Hyogo inspired special menu incorporating:
Rice Koji Miso - Malted rice miso from Okubanshu region.
Konotori Rice - To preserve the last existing habitat for storks in Japan, Koshihikari rice patties were planted in this region to help storks repopulate.
